Candidate Data

Employment and education history.
Remuneration and benefit details.
Results of any psychometric testing we carry out.
Passport details (for the purposes of verifying eligibility to work in the UK).

To provide candidates with recruitment services.
To assess candidates’ suitability for vacancies we are instructed to work on by clients.  We do not share personal data with clients until the individual to whom it relates has given us permission to do so.
We may use contact details to issue invitations to professional development events from time to time.
Consent
We will request consent from candidates to retain and process data orally, by email or through our website and record the response.  Candidates have the right to withdraw this consent at any time.
Client Data
